Walk at Home

Some people love the idea of going to the gym to exercise. But also how many make that commitment in January only to find that by March they have hardly used that gym membership they paid so much for. There are many other options like pay as you go classes and these are great to see if joining a gym will work for you. For many women exercising can be a social outing.....meeting friends and motivating and encouraging each other. But for women like me who can't commit to these classes on a regular basis there are other alternatives.

I found many sites on the internet for exercising at home. One such site was Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BunBLMgPhyk)

I tried it myself and found it to be fun and exhilarating. I am 58 and I can do the steps and really enjoy the high energy and fun atmosphere these videos create.

A perfect alternative to walking in the rain in the winter and when time is limited. So no excuses for me now! This is the time for change....step by step literally. Incorporating small changes to make a significant impact on the quality of the vibrant years still ahead.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.
