Any time we challenge ourselves to make changes it can be difficult. Change can be hard whether it's a change to our physical or emotional wellbeing. It requires effort and focus and when we are struggling to get the balance right it can be disheartening.....the pounds may not be coming off quickly enough.....the anxiety and mood swings may feel overwhelming. Some days will still just be bad days but it's how we perceive and deal with these that really counts. When we accept that change is not easy for anyone, and acknowledge that there will be bad days, then we can manage these days better.

And really this is key. Don't let the bad days overshadow the effort you are making to change. Accept and try again.
