Time to take control and move out of the comfort zone. It's easy to be part of the crowd...it's safe. But is that really the best place to be....drifting along. There is time now to reach beyond the limitations and create a new path. Our life choices, our commitments, our jobs have all limited our potential.
With the duties to family done for many women the 50's then herald a new stage in life. A time of evaluating life so far. What do we need now and how do we get it. For many like myself it may be that we now have time to concentrate on ourselves.
It can actually be quite daunting to have to make a life again. That's how it feels. There is a need to find purpose and value in our days. The road ahead of us is shorter than the road behind us. How do we make the most of this time?

But this is now our time. Time to really be ourselves. To explore and give permission to ourselves to be what and how we want to be. We have done our duty to family and career and it's time to explore our true potential. It won't be the same for everyone; we all have our own personal needs and dreams.
